About Maui Landworks

Maui Landworks is owner-operated, and I personally manage and operate every project.

I’m originally from the south of France, where I began my career as a master builder more than 30 years ago. Over the decades, I built homes and developed properties, and through that work, I came to understand that the land is the foundation everything depends on. My path into land work grew naturally from that realization, having seen firsthand how thoughtful preparation supports everything that follows.

More than 15 years ago, I made Maui my home. My wife Meagan was born and raised in Haʻikū, and together we’re raising our son while building our own five-acre homestead. What began as constructing our off-grid home has grown into a long-term farm project rooted in permaculture and a deep respect for the ʻāina. It’s a place where we live, work, and continue learning how to care for the land responsibly and sustainably.

Working our own land has given me a deep appreciation for the trust involved when someone hires me to work on theirs. I know firsthand what it means to shape land you care about. When I step onto your property, I treat it with the same level of care, responsibility, and attention that I bring to my own.

Today, I focus on forestry mulching, land clearing, grading, trenching, and site preparation across Upcountry and rural Maui. I operate the equipment myself and approach every project with the benefit of decades spent building from the ground up. That experience allows me to prepare land in a way that supports proper drainage, access, stability, and long-term usability.

I take pride in helping people move their projects forward and preparing their land the right way. Every property is different, and I approach each one thoughtfully — with care, precision, and respect.

I’d be glad to meet you on your property, walk the land with you, and help you understand the best path forward based on what you’re planning.
